My name is Tim P. and along with my wife Myra I operate a WSI office in Naarden, the Netherlands. As a WSI Internet Consultants we have built a successful business helping other firms profit from the Internet.

Before becoming a WSI Internet Consultant, I had a successful career in the management of Informations and Communications Technology (ICT) companies which I found professionally rewarding. But, I was missing out on the growing years of my children. Moreover, my wife Myra, was ready to start something new but needed the freedom to spend time with the kids when necessary. This dilemma is not unusual for many of us working in the current economic landscape. We began to get excited about the idea of working for ourselves and started to investigate the option of becoming entrepreneurs.

Myra had experienced considerable success with a food franchise in the past, which she sold when our third daughter was on her way. So we were familiar with the franchise industry and were keen to identify one that would give us the opportunity to work together. When we stumbled upon a WSI Internet Franchise advertisement we were hooked. We both wanted to be in the dynamic Internet industry but since we do not have any programming skills, we did not know how to start. My name is Karen Sullivan-Correa, and I am a WSI Internet Business Consultant operating in Colombia and the United States.

In the 90s I founded and directed a non-profit organization for underprivileged communities that helped families displaced by war, wounded military personnel and children living with life-threatening diseases. Unfortunately the economic hardships of the late 90s adversely affected my ability to continue the work of the Foundation. I realized then that my best hope of resurrecting the Foundation and providing for my family was to utilize the power of modern technology and generate my own funding for travel and expenses as well as investment in projects such as rural Internet schooling.

After obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Business I decided to build a business involving technology and the Internet that would reach a level of success that would enable me to fund the Foundation and get it back on track.
